As a woman owned business, AOE is clearly centered on diversity, equity and inclusion as a core mandate. We create and deploy strategies to create pathways to hiring, promotion, and leadership, and sponsor educational programs for historically marginalized populations, especially BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) in our community.
